Parents of student-athletes,
As we work through the first few weeks of summer, please make sure that you are scheduling your annual physical for your student-athlete each year so that they are eligible to compete in activities throughout the school year. It is required that an annual physical is done and signed off for each student-athlete to compete in grades 6th-12th. We recommend that you do this over the summer and get it renewed now instead of waiting until the sports season is about to start. Attached below is a link to the form that needs to be completed and returned to the school or uploaded to your student-athlete's account in Bound.
